Re: Stinging nettle

Nettle leaf has long been one of my favorite herbs.  It has so many beneficial uses including supporting the liver, kidneys, thyroid, adrenals, intestines, skin, tendons, ligaments, blood vessels, reducing inflammation, reducing uric acid, reducing lactate, countering allergies, etc.  Nettle leaf is nutrient rich. It is especially good for farm animals increasing their growth, creating healthy coats, increasing the protein content of eggs and hardening shells, etc.

Nettle leaf tea, with a little lemon grass and a touch of stevia steeped overnight makes my favorite tea.
