Dear Dr. McCombs,
I have researched systemic candida for the last 4 years after suffering severe eczema and near liver failure. I was told I was crazy to suspect candida. Hence I journeyed alone free of the medical community. I have had good results with the Maker's Diet, probiotics, and all-natural eating. However I have hit a wall in healing. I was excited to read the articles in your candida library and learn exactly why I have only gone so far in my healing. I have already purchased the first months supply and plan to start next week. My question is why is fruit allowed with all its natural sugar? Most anti-yeast diets I have researched all eliminate fruit except for berries and grapefruit. Can you explain why it is OK to eat fruit right from the beginning? Thank you for your time!
