Thank you for your reply. I have heard of Oxypowder . I will look into it. I am almost regular right now. (I am seeing a homeopathic doctor). Going a little bit everyday and a really good size one every other day or two. Is that regular enough to do the flush first?

Can anyone answer my question about what would happen if I did NOT do a Bowel Cleanse before the liver flush?
