Yeah, I did use the search engine, but I wasn't able to find much specific or definitive on the topic.

Does this mean that the Iodine I got is ruined?

It has been in the polypropylene dropper bottles for about 16 hours at this point.

I'm going to look around town for glass dropper bottles.

I'm also going to find a small funnel; will it cause problems with the Iodine if it's just briefly passing over the plastic funnel?
