 Real blueberry juice, not the cocktail would help.  Like cranberry juice, blueberry juice prevents adherence of the bacteria to the urinary tract walls.

Otherwise I recommend using uva ursi tea with a little calcium citrate to alkalinize the urine.  This actually kills the bacteria.

Also makes sure when she wipes that she does so from front to back, not back to front.
