its wonderful to read you are feeling so good throughout the fast! it will help you reach your goals.
My weight, I think I just reached a point where theres not much to expect, my body is used to the fast and it has lost quite a lot so its slowing down. I´m not too worried. I am curious to see what will happen during refeeding! im going to be careful, first 4 days very strict. Then a nice feast day and then starting my nutritarian lifestyle.
Lets see what happens with my weight then!
Ive also read about the importance of excercise - the body needs to move or it will oxydize like an old machine! I hate excercise but Im considering signing up for a gym and walk 3 hours a week on the treadmill, see from there. Maybe some aerobics class if they still exist (its so 80´s!)
your tenure with excercise while fasting leaves me speechless, I admire your had work and determination.
