I think you need to read your post, and if you don't think you are overdoing it, then maybe your reasons for MCing are misguided.
Sweat = Water + salt. You have taken your
Master-Cleanse as your only source of nutrition for 5 days. Your Lemonade will not supply enough salt to sweat a Bikrams every day. Bikrams is harsh on your system on a regular day. Add a
Master-Cleanse and you have a potential recipe for disaster.
Master-Cleanse Lowers your blood pressure and slows your metabolism. You can really hurt yourself if you are not careful!
If your body is absorbing your
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) it is because it needs water and Salt.
Did you read the MC book before you started? You should only be taking 1 cup of lax tea 1 hr before bed. Your body has shut down it's digestive system. Why are you taking lax pills? Your body shouldn't have to be trying to digest them.
A
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) should produce elimination without having to take any Lax tea even. The first time I did the MC I did not do any Lax tea at all, and still eliminated sufficiently every day.
I am on day 9 of MC and have only lost the initial 3 pounds. If you are not significantly overweight you are not going to lose mass amounts of weight on an MC, and if you are dehydrating yourself, your body is going to start retaining water in an effort to combat the abuse that you are inflicting on it.
Yoga is a great way to exercise your body and mind, but maybe you need to rethink your choice of yoga while MCing. Go find a good Ashtanga class. You will work up a sweat without stressing your system out.
Make sure you are using an Uniodized
Sea Salt , As Pepe says, don't chase your
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) with fresh water too soon. Wait a 1/2 hr and if you are not eliminating then take 1 cup of fresh water.
Respect your body like a temple, it is the only one you will ever have.
