I have started a clay and psyllium cleanse, already seeing results.
Any recommendations on anemas? I can't do coffee, as I take a homeopathic remedy. Are you talking about the full enema with the enema bag? Or just a little one to get the bowels moving? Do you think that that is good standard treatment to do after a liver flush?
