And generally speaking, one does not run into problems doing a Liver Flush without doing the "apple thing" or other things that can be done in advance. People have done Liver Flushes for decades before they knew to do more than to just chug down some olive oil :)

Make sure you take the recommended amount of Epsom Salts in order to relax the biliary ducts, and you shouldn't run into any problems at all (at least that I'm aware of).

Once, back in the "good ole bad ole days" before the Internet and long before health regimes and protocols were easy to find (that'd be back in the late 70's/early 80's), I once did a Liver Flush that had me do a water-only fast for three days, followed by TWO CUPS of olive oil. All I care to say/remember about that experience is this: it didn't kill me. lol

These Liver Flushes aren't half as traumatic as people make them out to be in their minds (most times). Think of it: how many times have you eaten nearly 1/2 cup of oil on a chef salad? or oil-based pasta sauce? :)

It sounds to me like your body is ready n' willing.

Edit: Oh yes, I agree with Telman 100%...make sure your bowels are moving efficiently (or you have a way to MAKE them move efficiently :)
