JAOVA's First Flush Exprience as promised
As promised the following chronicles my adventures into
Liver Flush number one.
2/10/06
Today I have planned to eat very light up until the 2 P.M. deadline. So, my day starts off with my all important cup of coffee. At about 10 A.M. I decided to eat a no-fat blueberry yogurt.
Because I have read so many other accounts of dehydration, I decided to drink water all day long. I also began my day with a cup of all natural apple cider and 1
oz. Of Apple Cider Vinegar. I have been doing this every morning for about a week.
By 11 A.M. I am very hungry so I decide to have two slices of Fresh pineapple. Off to the grocery store I go....snow is predicted for this weekend and like every other East Coast resident I am stocking up on bread and milk. LOL at about 1P.M. I eat 2 apples, drink one more cup of all natural apple cider. The nerves I feel are from pure excitement and expectation.
I continue to drink water up until one hour before my first ES drink. At exactly 6P.M. I drink 1 Tbls. Of ES mixed in 3/4 cup water. After drinking it down, I suck on a lemon wedge to get rid of the awful taste. The lemon wedge helps cut the taste of ES almost immediately. 30 minutes later I drink 8oz. Of water. By 7:30 I start to worry that I have not had a bowel movement. I have had lots of rumblings and some discomfort from bloating, but no urge to go. At 8:00 I take my second ES in 6
oz. Of water and again follow it with a lemon wedge. By 8:30 I still have not had the urge to go, so I decided to take a bulb enema. This gets things going and I am feeling better.
9:45 P.M. I mix the juice from one whole grape fruit (Texas sweet) 2 Tblsp of fresh Ginger (blended these in a blender and strained) with ½ cup of cold pressed olive oil. Back into the blender and mixed up. I also added 15 drops of
Black-Walnut tincture. One more trip to the bathroom, then Down to the bedroom I go. I drank the mixture with a straw and surprise, surprise....yummy. Especially compared to the ES mixture. I drank this while standing up, then I jumped into the bed, strapped on the heating pad, laid on my back without moving for 30minutes. This is where it gets interesting. NO PAIN. NO NAUSEA. After 30 minutes I start feeling my , what I assume is my liver since I have no gallbladder, start to contract. Still no pain. One hour in I start to feel like someone has spilled a bag of marbles down my intestines. I think, “Wow, I must be getting ready to dump a ton of stones the size of bowling balls. LOL

I slept like a baby till 3 A.M., then my little girl woke me up saying she had an ear ache. Poor thing. I got her settled in the middle of me and her Dad and tried to go back to sleep. At 5 A.M. the urge to go to the bathroom was to much. My first movement still had bile in it so it was hard to tell if the hundreds of floating things were stones or not. But I was feeling positive. At 6A.M. I took another ES solution. I feared it wouldn’t stay down. I had a couple of
OO (Olive-Oil) burps during the night and it was not pleasant, but it did not make me sick. ***NOTE** I credit the addition of GINGER to the
OO (Olive-Oil) mix for my lack of Nausea. I would never attempt a flush without the addition of ginger. It did indeed stay down and an hour later I was doing the bathroom shuffle. I never did deliver that darn bowling ball, even when I took the 4th and finale ES mixture. (The 4th dose was the worst). I did, however, deliver what I feel were 400 to 500 half pea size stones. What most people do not understand is you do not have to be a pooh picker to see these stones. By the 3rd ES mixture, you are voiding clear liquid. What floats on top can only be liver stuff.
By 11 A.M. I was very hungry and had to have me a scrambled egg sandwich and a cup of coffee. Nothing else would do. My movements ended around 1:30 P.M.
So, how do I feel? I thought I would be weak, and was in the early morning hours. By 2 P.M. I was playing in the snow with hubby and kids. Pain? Never, not once. No more than moving gas.
Disappointed? A bit. I really wanted to show off that bowling ball. Will I do this again? Absolutely without a doubt. I think I might be own to something. Heck I feel great! My best advice....Don’t over analyze this process. People like myself who have had 31 years of pain...intense pain... should look at this as a walk in the park. I’m sure there have been people who have had a not so positive experience, but I have to wonder if they have ever felt the grip of a gall stone attack. It feels like death. A
Liver Flush doesn’t even come close to that.
Health and Happiness,
JAOVA
