Re: Adrenals overdriving, no way to get better, PLEASE help.
Hi Yoe.
Yes, my adrenals literally crashed in May 2007. I thought I would die. I was later diagnosed with PTSD in 2008. It has been a long painful battle back. I tried so many supplements and all the natural neurotransmitters, but nothing helped me. I saw 4 naturopaths, 2 homeopaths and 2 psychologists in all..
It wasn't until I started eating the whole foods in my list, and of course other good foods. The Neurolink NIS was really what gave me the breakthrough, and transported me in light speed time toward healing. The reason why it works so fast is because of the direct work on the brain. The brain controlls the whole body and body functions. My brain started making all the neurotransmitters on it's own, and my hormones became balanced. This only happened in July 2010. The meditation helped me learn new skills for dealing with stress which I cannot say enough of. Getting fat soluable Vitamins A and D were also key, as I was highly deficient. So, in all, all of those things helped me collectively get better within 4 months and it just slowly keeps getting better. It's pretty amazing, still to me.
I would not declare I am 100%, as I think that goal is too high for anyone.. What I can say is that I am functioning more and more like I did before my PTSD. Although I am far from perfect and still learning, the meditation helps me to learn to handle stress much better..not be so emotional and more objective, and know how to not let people suck energy from me(adrenals=energy). This is important for helping me never go backwards again. My moods are better too, AND.. I was able to go back to work after 4+ years of disability! I never thought that would ever happen. It still feels surreal.
Never stop believing that you can get well. This is also very key. Your body has an amazing abilility to regenerate itself given the right things. Also if you can, try not to resent or fight your illness.. It will work against you. Believe me. I learned some very valuable lessons and grew quite a lot from my illness. I would never have changed otherwise. Easy to say, for sure, when it's almost all over, but it really had it's purpose. So is this life..
By the way, I also tried Urine Therapy. I think that was in 2007. I did it for about 2-3 months, but never saw any results. I'm not sure how key it would be to cure your Adrenal Fatigue vs. taking Vitamins A and D.
Take care and all the Best to you.
