I would love to give this a try. As my health has improved, I have a pink tongue now, my stools are normal again, I still have allergies though. Wheat ranked as a lower allergy for me, I rank much higher for rice and soy. I would like to introduce some carbs in to my diet as I went from a healthy weight to skin and bones on this diet. I went from 180, 6 feet to about 150. I need some carbs and would like to introduce a sandwich a couple of times a week. Does anyone know a good sourdough brand I can try?

I tried ezekial bread a little while back and it was not good, immediately had to take a nap, had bad anal itch. Im guessing it was the yeast in it I reacted to.

I work 12 hours a day, and cooking the bread is not an option, I already make kefir and green smoothies, and cook meat for the week for my salads so I can afford any more time in my kitchen.
