Low Back Pain (parasites?)

Why/how do parasites cause low back pain?

Since starting treatment I've had bad lower back pain (I thought it was kidneys at one point - but had full blood work done and it came up perfect)

So what's the connection?
Also my stomach muscles feel really TIGHT since starting humaoworm.

It's as if I can FEEl the parasites grabbing onto the stomach lining and hanging on for dear life. lol
