I would go to a health food store and buy the new Renew Life product called Ultimate Flora Vaginal Support. You can check the contents out at Iherb.com. (It needs to be refrigerated so I don't buy it online). After going through a round of that then I switched to a regular probiotic that contains the Lactobacillus rhamnosus bacteria strain. I think that is the strain that helps your urinary tract the most. I never have problems since taking this. Hope this helps you! Tweet
