Re: Do liver flushes help Hashimotos' Thyroiditis??

Some people have had very positive experiences with liver flushes, but I wouldn't do them expecting that they will cure Hashimotos.

There are a lot of different approaches, but for hypothyroidism, I would

1. Look into a regimen of cortisol and Armour thyroid. To find out more about this, go to http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormones/ You can use Isocort for Cortisol. Everything can be gotten without a prescription. But be careful and know what you're doing, as hormone replacement therapy can be very dangerous otherwise. If you don't take cortisol with the armour, it usually won't have much effect.

2. Look into any issues with heavy metal toxicities from Amalgams or otherwise. If you have something along these lines, try the Cutler protocol.

3. Confront any other issues that you might have, such as blood Sugar and so forth. Supplements, Liver Flushes if you want to try them, and so forth.
