you can't be serious? where were you when gw bush was routinely scoffed at being assasinated, how great that would be? where were you when off broadway plays were created depicting assasination of bush? where were you when snl and others were making fun of dick cheney's heart attacks and some wishing it would just "end it all"? where were you? didn't hear you say a peep about too much freedom of speech. you were silent. where were you when the al sharptons and jesse jacksons of the world prompted and encouraged violence as a way to equalize america? save your manure for a farmer's field...to be spread evenly over the acres. gifford, plain and simply, was the target of a nut, just as john lennon, just as ronald reagan, just as anybody else in history was. there's a long list. america is a showcase for lunatics and the mentally ill. accept it as just that and you'll be a lot closer to reality than believing this bilge.
