Thanks for the kind welcome. I don't know what to make of IF#1, though. I am not a "hard case" at all. Just need a bowel cleanser and a bit of a "push". Since menopause a couple of years ago, I am having a bit of difficulty there, but basically I have pretty tough guts. No candida, I am sure of that.

What concerned me was the variety of really strong laxatives/purgatives in the IF#1. Aloes-senna-cascara. I was wondering if that might not be a bit of overkill for a relatively mild case such as mine.

However, it sounds like it would do wonders for my young-adult child, who has more of a problem in this area and so I would order for him.
