Fluctuating levels of D3 vitamin in the blood creates intense cellular damage and increasing symptoms of aging. Low protien intake slows the production of IGF 1 in the liver to heal cells.

Your immune system will give you hypersensitivity to certain foods if your D3 levels are low, because it is confused without the major regulator of the immune system. Low D3 levels are related to allergies, both in food and animals, as well as autoimmune disorders which destroy muscle/nerve tissue. A good intake of protien helps ease these issues.
