Perioral dermatitis a detox of HW?

This is my 7th day of Humaworm and things seemed to have quieted down in my body, not really having any discomfort or issues, however, I do have more energy. My question is.....can my Perioral dermatitis be brought on by the herbs in HW as a detox effect? I've noticed alot more bumps pop up on either side of my nose and under my nose, it's like it's flared up. Haven't had a flare up in a while soooo....what the heck is it anyways?
