i started with the full amount even which was 3 tablespoons. it was okay for the first while, but then i didn't seem to need that much, so started using 2 tablespoons in just 2 cups water. that's the amount i've used ever since. you can try less. i also always lie on my right side, left side never felt comfortable to me. i can usually feel the liver release and it's a fantastic feeling.
they say taking coffee this way has an entirely different effect on the body than drinking it. hopefully it won't make you feel terrible like drinking coffee. i don't drink it and haven't in years, but i'm pretty sure now it wouldn't have a bad effect on me if had some.
