HA! I was on the cover of magazines in 2000. Now I am huge... Giant... I didn't change anything I eat and I still cardio and band flex gym 3 times a week, and stay away from complex carbs most days...

I know what my hypothyroidism is from... I started hashimoto thyroiditis... Docs MRI-d me for pituitary tumor because I had breast milk. no tumor your fine see ya by, my hair started thinning and receeding... My boobs turend to mush, I got pains running through my joints. I gained 70 lbs. I can sleep 14 hours a day no problem and still take a nap. Some nights I can't sleep at all. I have hot flashes in stores where sweat just drips diown my face... My body temperature was a steady 95 degrees. Do you know what it feels like to be 95 degrees all the time? It sucks!

Then my insurance company decides because of whatever reason they aren't going to cover the bills So I get stuck with 3000 plus im mdeical bills.
Needless to say I self treat my symptoms not my test results. I have been taking Armour. I am losing weight, I feel great. I sleep maybe 6 hours a night. I can do more cardio now. My temp is a whopping 98 degrees.
My nails and hair are growing out thicker and fuller. My muscle spams quit. My eyes aren't dry. My penmanship is improving, I can actually have a conversation with another human being and stay in the conversation without wondering about some stupid thing that pops in my head and being totally rude because they can tell i am not listening..
I dont forget anything now.
Not sure what else to tell you...
Those were my symptoms and most of them are gone...

My mom made us go to dentists evey 6 months if i had atiny cavity he would drill out my whole tooth and full it with mercury almost every tooth. They never covered my thyroid when taking xrays. The guy laster lost his mind but i have to wonder how long it was before he actually did. I had tons of stress in my young 31 year old life... None of this helped.

So yea it's all in my head... Sure I am crazy... whatever... But I am healthy for the first time in 6 years...
