First day on VCO flush

It was going pretty well until about 7 p.m. tonight, when I got nauseous and started coughing like crazy, then had diarrhea for 20 minutes. Toilet bowl was full of white rice, pinworms and threadworms, and some things that looked like Tapeworm scolexes and the insides of the Tapeworm segments. I KNEW I had tapeworms! Also passed lots of "nests" earlier in the day along with some intestinal flukes.

All day, I took the VCO and drank fresh lemonade with sweetener (no Sugar to feed those buggers) and cayenne pepper. I was doing The Master Cleanse lemonade without the syrup, in other words.

Can't wait to see what comes out tomorrow. My Wormwood , bentonite, and psyllium should be here by next week. It will be so good to get these big worms out of me!
