Okay Shay, I won't worry about you so much since you have everything under control. You don't mind if I worry a little bit, do you?
I've decided to do a week (not weak) of intestinal cleansing before I start my next Water Fast, using Psyllium Whole Husks. From what I can gather, it's best done before rather than during.
