Dizzy can be a typical detox reaction while fasting. Why not finish up the MC, which is an excellent general cleanse, then do a Liver Flush once your body has recovered from fasting and your digestion is back on line.
Drink LOTS of lemonade, try an extra tablespoon of maple (or BLACKSTRAP molasses) if you continue to feel weak, along with lots of pure water. DO keep your colon very clean every day you fast.
As a general rule, never break a fast on a low. Wait until you are feeling well again--eating will only prolong a crisis!
