Day 4

Funny thing, I'm so used to and comfortable with the cleanse that I thought today was day 3 until I counted it down. I haven't done a full Master-Cleanse in a good while and I had a headache the second 1/2 of day 1. It would seem to kick in every time I had more lemonade! Day 2 okay, then morning Day 3, painful headache on the top right of my head! I rarely get bad headaches and try to suffer through without medicine but I took aspirin for this one and went to bed. It really hurt.

Now I feel back to normal. In the past, I would have a super mild headache, barely noticeable on day 3-4 so this is different and I figure my body needs to cleanse stuff from the holidays and since I haven't cleansed in too long. I'm glad to do it. This morning the tea didn't even cramp me which it usually does and I feel fine so it's going well.
