hot sauce, tincture, or powder?

Just a quick question since I haven't found anything in the archives to help my decision. I finally have fresh habanero peppers available locally and am trying to decide which is the best way to utilize their benefits.

Should I dry them and make powder to get the most therapeutic form of cayenne?

Will I get more benefits by blending them with alcohol in a tincture for a good overall circulatory booster?

Or should I make a pseudo ACV tincture that I can use to spice up my foods and have as a delicious way to take my cayenne dosages?

Maybe just a couple votes would help...I've been trying to decide for a week already lol. Just finished using a few for making super tonic.

BTW, my finger has healed up very nicely as an update from my last post. I've kept fresh aloe gel on it about 8-16 hrs a day after buying a big leaf of aloe from the store instead of sacrificing my poor little window plant. I don't think I will see a scar :).

Cheers,

Bkrisp
