Root canal and empty tooth socket cleanup....(Dr Hansen v Dr Huggins)

1. I had a root canal and the Huggins people want to remove the dead tooth clean it out (because supposedly there is no such thing as a sterile root canal) AND operate on the sockets where I had teeth removed because they say 95% of those don't heal and they harbor toxicity like the root canal areas.

Once concern I have with this is they replace the root canaled tooth with a fake and semi flimsy one.

2. Supposedly a laser cleanup can do this as well but the Huggins people claim that the laser cannot clean-out the dead debris like an operation can.

3. Is there anyway to regrow grinded down or even removed teeth?

Please help me if you can because I am confused about this and have health issues.
