Thanks for the reply. Regarding the iodine, I have been taking Iodine (by Standard Process) since Sept. of '09, but the most I ever took at one time (up until about a month and a half ago) was 6mg / day. Then I upped it to 9, 12, 18, 25 and then skipped to 50mg over about 5 weeks (and during this time, switched over to Iodoral).
Large Vitamin C does cause loose stools for me (and I am also cautious since consuming large amounts of supplemental Vit C can cause a copper deficiency.
