Re: results from 1st "real" flush: All went well

Hey, some people increase the oo--you probably did it just right for you (serendipidy?)

I will do better next time. However, I'm thinking that I should do a tsp or is it tblsp of OO (Olive-Oil) each day with some lemon. It's kind of a prep thing? Or slow lf? Anyone know? I'll probably have to post it as a question, or ask the guy at the health food store. He does it daily.

On to health. best wishes. And thanks. my son DIDN'T do a enema or flush a day or two later had pain near his appendix (I didn't tell him but it scared ME). I think some of his last 'stones' stayed in the colon and were toxic, had to be handled by his body, and gave him pain. My best guess. Next time I think I insist on a post enema for him (if I were more financially free, I would get him a colonic)

see you on the healing path!
