What ARE the differences between cryto and Chronic giardiasis?

Im trying to figure out if one of these could cause a distended abdomen with digestive problems? Tired everytime I eat anything, moody, depressed, BAD breath... no idea at this point.

What would cause this constant distended abdomen?
Bacterial SIBO? Parasites? Candida/Fungus?

ALSO noticed that when I drink a lot of wine or vodka (rarely, as I no longer drink anything..) the next day I feel like absolute shit BUT my stomach/abdomen is flat! Always wondered what clue this gives? what does this mean?
