feeling a bit more energy...? Re: ah-HA

...YAY! I'm really an abnormality (to say the least) - I tend to feel/discern the actions of herbs/foods VERY quickly. You know how they tell us that when starting antidepressants it'll take (at least) several weeks before we can discern anything substantial? Not me, I'm one of the few that get the full effect almost immediately (within a few hours). The first time I took a Prozac I experienced almost a 100% "cure" within 8 hours. Yeah, I'm abnormal, for sure! lol

Busy as a bee...I thought that was a phrase everybody had heard. Maybe it's something that's regional. Either way, I can't take credit for that one (and those lil' bees SURE are busy!). The more I learn about it, the more I'm totally amazed.
