Coppy, sir ! Now that you making me think about it, Its 21 days. Serious numbers there :-) Definately dont want to trigger any health issues after the fast.

My liver had been cleaning during the fast,which was pretty surprising , because I didnt expect to see green rocks..I guess , after 1 year my body is finally responding. I am sure I am still as toxic as poisonous snake ,lol
