Helicobacter: Alcohol positive effect, coffee negative.

"Drinking alcohol seemed to protect against active H pylori infection"

"This protective effect was dose dependent and similar for beer and wine"

"Drinking coffee was associated with an increased prevalence of active H pylori infection" This make sense as Helicobacter likes acidic Envierment, and coffee is very acidic.

And several triple Antibiotic therapies can have problems getting rid of it, so if infected it is likely good to avoid coffee in addition, and possibly having a glass wine every day...

Well coffee I think should be avoided anyway, alcohol in small amounts possibly more positive effects than negative. I do not think alcohol will cure much, but work preventive by killing a lot of bugs you can get from food. but cooking the food is possibly a simpler and healthier solution.
