Re: Anyone try Syntol?

Taking two a day for two weeks. I didn't want to hit it hard during the holidays,because I have read the die off can be bad. Now I'm going to build up to the 4 or 5 twice a day. This is the first time I have felt the least bit of encouragement with any meds in a long time. Maybe it's in my mind, but I have felt better since I started. I will be glad to keep you posted. I have been following the diet even during the holidays. I believe that is the foundation
