NEED HELP: hair loss, menstrual issues, dizziness, kidney pain, burning pain top of head

I am in need of help! I am 37 years old. I have always been in okay health aside from crohns disease. I did VSL 3 probiotic for the crohns in march and my symptoms got worse. Then by the end of march I was hospitalized with pericarditis. I am sure it was from the probiotics.
After the pericarditis cleared I had to have 3 teeth removed from the back of my mouth. One of the teeth the dentist had trouble getting out and I heard the drill. I got nervous b/c I knew there was mercury in the tooth but it was too late! That was april.

I had another crohns flare and decided to try the probiotics again. BIG mistake. Then suddenly my hair began to come out excessively and I had a terrible headache.
Then in september I started having a terrible headache over my left eye.

I noticed some tingling around my whole head shortly after that came and went for a day. Then i was very lightheaded and dizzy at times. I also had an increase in memory problems.

Around the same time, in august, I had a couple weeks of VERY excessive cervical fluid. Clear, odorless. I have not had my period since.

I am also having kidney pain that comes and goes which started around the same time.

Constipation that comes and goes.

Always cold!

I had a couple weeks of horrible burning pain on the top of my head. It is now a mild burning sensation that comes and goes.

My hair has been consistently falling out for 5 months.

I had a couple weeks last month where I would get waves of dizziness that would come over me. I cant even explain the experience other than I felt like I was going to pass out. Felt maybe hypoglycemic but eating didnt really help as much as I thought it would.

I have had a ton of blood work. At one point my prolactin level was 58. They thought I had a pituitary tumor. But the level went back down to normal. My T3 was low at one point but now it is normal. My ferritin is 20 which they thought might be the culprit but who knows. Otherwise, they say my blood work is within normal limits. Although everything is LOW.

I am seeing a homeopath/acupuncturist 2x per week.

I am on a diet of protein, fat, and veggies. Nothing else. No grains, sugar, fruit.

I am wondering if it is mercury/paracites/adrenal fatigue?
