Please help! :( Is this lymphedema? How can i get diagnosed?

Ok so. I have been feeling very out of balance for some time now.

When I think about injuries, and ailments that have affected me over the years it always usually affects my right side, my right leg.

When I was 13 I flew for the first time on an airplane. The flight was only 4 hours but when I arrived at my destination - my legs had swollen but specifically my right leg had swollen to the point it was ridiculous. It lasted a few days before it went down

Since then, ive always had issues with that leg...when I fly, or when its hot.

Last year i went through a period of having sciatica , only for a week..but it was in the same leg

Also last year, i did my right knee in at the gym..but 6 months later it still hurts. I cant kneel, squat, bend.. MRI shows nothing.

I read the lympedema can actually cause arthiritus related problems?

my right leg from the knee down is usually at least 1cm bigger than the other and when its hot, like now - it swells up around the ankles.

I am 29 now so its been a while since my first incidnet..

Does this sound like lymphedema? How can i get an acurate diagnosis? i feel SO out of balance and it depresses me to think that this is how life might be long term..

Ive read its not curable but treatable.. but really, is there a chance it would get worse? I dont know what to do or who to see to help get it sorted... please if anyone has any ideas about this i would be so grateful
