they may use a foreign or UN army. or a bunch of men who have no individual identity, only military group identity.

some military recruiters told me they were ordered to specifically look for amoral men who show bloodlust, eagerness and willingness to kill on command, to recruit them, mark thier records as killers, and put them on the front lines.
