personally if that were me and i felt ready to flush, i wouldn't wait just cuz a naturopath said to wait for an equinox. the moon goes through its cycles every month, and so once a month (my opinion) there's always a moon cycle to glom on to. if you check out the continuum force's recent post, she (i think) flushes on the new moon. i flush a few days after the full moon.
