Intestinal Formula #2

How many bowel movements a day does one have when using the #2 formula? Are they diarrhea or urgent?

Trying to plan when to use this formula. On break now and it would be a good time while being at home more. Just wondering if I can go out or go to a friend's house. Been on #1 for almost a month now.
