I don't really know what this dream is about so I went to a couple dream sites to see what I could find.

Didn't look for house as this is your body.

Given this info I'd guess this dream is related to some

Thing I did notice:
The man is outside.
The fence allows for the wind to pass through.
Laundry "patio" also suggests an outdoor area. Is this space for hanging and drying clothes?

I associate "air" with thoughts, mental activity.
Perhaps some of your thoughts now were formed by your parents in childhood and no longer apply to your life?
