For New Years (it will be January 4th for us because my husband won't have his new teeth until then) we are going to have Prime Rib. I have only made this dish one other time so I was wondering if you had any suggestions about how to make this American favorite? We will have this along with horseradish, blackeyed peas and am up for suggestions as to what else I could serve with this.
As you know I am a Bariatric patient and cannot have any sweets for dessert. You are always so full of information that I thought I would get your "healthly" input.
