If you can stand the taste of it, salt water flushes work as well or even better than enemas.
For a salt water flush, heat up 4 cups of filtered water on the stove so it's warm but not too hot to drink. The original recipe says to add 2 teaspoons of uniodized salt to that. But I've found that I need 1 tablespoon of salt per 4 cups of water, and some people need up to 2 tablespoons. Start with 1 tablespoon.
Drink down the 4 cups of salt water. It should pass through you and come out the other end within 20 minutes - 3 hours later.
You can do this the day after a liver flush. It has to be done on an empty stomach, and not when you have a lot of food in you in general.
