 Just a long winded, boring sales pitch to sell an E-book.  The video gives no real information on how to deal with chicken pox.  I will tell people how to do it for free.

Chicken pox results from a herpes virus.  Lysine suppresses herpes viruses by antagonizing another amino acid called arginine.  I recommend 500-1000mg lysine three times daily at least 30 minutes before meals.

Another excellent antiviral is the herb andrographis.  Recommended dosage will depend on the form the herb is in (capsule, powder, tincture, standardized or not...).  Regardless of the form it should also be taken three times daily on an empty stomach.

To help sooth the skin bathe in oatmeal water.
