This is really sad and totally disgusting. A type of exploitation worse than colonialism and THAT was bad with all the repercussions still being felt by many, especially the poor. Also not really a "new" development. I remember in the late 80s (or early 90s?) they (Pharma) sent a whole batch of HIV-contaminated blood serum as a "present/ donation" to some poor asian countries.
Bill Gates "generous" donation of vaccinating as many as possible in so-called third world countries falls into the same category; tho I´d like to believe he does´nt know what
