Should malic acid, vitamin c and choline be enough to clean anyone's liver?

I really think that IDEALLY the solution is not in flushes but in emulsifying and breaking up the stones and sludge while still in the body then gradually releasing them with bile. This means no dramatic flushes needed, no multiple flushes due to SHIFTING waves of stones, etc. Just a small course of supplements or similar, and everything is done - the whole liver and everything at ONCE!

At the moment I've been looking at 500mg choline daily, 2g vitamin c daily and 2g malic acid daily. Would that be enough do you think for most people? Castor oil packs, chanca piedra and gold coin grass also interest me as optional additions.

I'd love to hear opinions on this, as I think the idea of "flushing" puts people off greatly - 3 supplements a day for 3 months for example is probably much more appealing to the vast majority of people, don't you think?

Opinions would be hugely appreciated :)

Hoppi!
