What a fabulous report!!!!! I am sure that Charles will be happy to see a 12-yr survivor sharing such good news. It's great that you are going after your setbacks before crisis level hits again - yes, that Sugar has GOT to go!! You should probably take the opportunity (since it's year end)to get some liver and kidney cleanses under your belt as you get back on the track of life. Of course, you already know that and I'm sure the reason you are checking out the forums is to get pumped to start cleaning up again.
