 These are not causes.

Actually they are.

They accompany the cause. Saying that this chemical, hormone or whatever causes diseas is like believing in spontaneous generation. Suddenly this chemical does that or magically that hormone does this.

What triggers the "magical" changes? The sorry state of modern medicine is based upon the false premise that the mind has nothing or little to do with physical health.

That is ridiculous.  Not all diseases have a psychological basis.  This can be and has been demonstrated numerous times in research.  For example, if we inject calcium in to the bloodstream there is an immediate constriction of the blood vessels leading to a rise in blood pressure.  On the opposite end if magnesium is injected there is a drop in blood pressure, which is why magnesium injections are used to treat preecalmpsia associated hypertension.  Someone thinking that these will have the opposite effect is not going to change those reactions because these are physical reactions just like normally happens in the body.  If all these reactions were psychological than we could easily control the effects of these compounds in the body.

Take care of the conflict and the chemicals take care of themselves.

So why is it that everyone has conflict in their lives, but not everyone is sick?  Some diseases are psychosomatic and people can talk themselves in to becoming sick just like they can talk themselves out of being sick in these cases.  But if you really think about it even these reactions are really chemical based.
