Fungus grown, identified as Acrodontium Salmoneum by University of Texas - Not Sporothrix (Syn. sporotrichum) Schenckii.
Also Aspergillum Niger and Penicillium species isolated and probable Sprophytic Fungi.
Unable to identify further due to lack of sporulation.
So what do I do, start Voriconazole, stat? Please, any thoughts?
