Tell me I can have a little green tea. Please.
Well, thanks in significant part to much of your advice, great progress has been made in getting over adrenal weakness. I have been able to decrease the daily amount of hydrocortisone a bit, only need 8 hours of sleep a day, no longer startle to lound sounds and just don't have those big days long crashes I used to have.
But, I still have attention deficit disorder and...tea helps a lot with that.
I had given up caffeine almost completely due to the adrenal concerns, but on the few occasions when I would have some, in the last month or so, it did not seem to cause any crashes or other problems.
I'm hoping maybe I could just have one cup (maybe 2?) a day of organic green tea. Somehow tea just causes me to focus a LOT better and I know lots of people with A.D.D. have said the same thing.
