Low RBC but high iron?

I got some lab tests back that are perplexing...I have low Red Blood Cell count but HIGH iron count? The anemia can certainly explain how I've been feeling (along with low TSH) but I've usually heard of iron-deficient anemia...could it be related to my adrenals and thyroid levels being low? Also my progesterone, DHEA and vitamin D levels are practically non-existent...frustrating.
